I'm a technology and operations leader with more than 25 years of experience helping organizations scale through system design, data integration and process improvement.
Since 2011 I've led technology as a chief information officer. That work includes a proprietary ERP and operations platform that serves as a single source of truth: proposals, field service dispatch and logistics, order management and invoicing in one system, connected to the financial backend.

Refunds and disputes
Work is invoiced as it is delivered, or monthly for a retainer. If you have a question about an invoice, email barry@barrymortenson.com within 30 days of the invoice date, before opening a dispute with your bank. Billing errors are corrected or refunded in full. Completed work is not refunded; disputed charges are reviewed in good faith. Prepaid retainer time that hasn't been used is refunded on request.
Privacy
This site collects nothing: no cookies, forms or analytics. Client details are used only to invoice and take payment. Card and bank payments are processed by Stripe.
